Dropping in today with a special edition of what I bought focused on my upcoming kitchen renovation. I’ve never tackled a project this large before, and the cost of it all makes my stomach turn. It’s so much money, but it’s also going to be so good when it’s done.
When my husband & I originally toured this condo in August of 2023, the first thing we said was “the kitchen’s gotta go!” We liked everything else about it, particularly the things we couldn’t change: the location, the two-story floor plan, and the price was right given how high interest rates were at the time. We bought it knowing that we would change the kitchen early on, and 18 months later the time has come.
