Happy 2025, friends! Whether the past year was one of your bests or one of your worsts, I hope you’re feeling optimistic about the promise of a fresh year ahead.
The final weeks of the year were spent on festive activities — a (very brief) visit to the (very crowded) Christkindlmarket, looking at the lights on State Street & the Christmas tree at Millennium Park, & having an early Christmas Eve dinner at Miller’s Pub, an iconic Chicago spot that is always decked out for the holidays.
