#22 | the best fantasy series

I recently shared on Instagram that I was in a reading slump -- the books I've gotten through this summer haven't been my favorite & it's been months since I stayed up past my bedtime because I couldn't put a book down. (Truly the universal sign of a good read.)

I got some great suggestions on what to read next, but I'm considering yet another re-read of my favorite series, Throne of Glass. Shout-out to my friends who got me hooked on this a few years ago -- I read the entire series so fast & then impatiently waited for the final book to be released. 

It's a rich & complex story with magic, adventure, friendship, and an incredible female heroine. Once you finish all the ToG books (in record time, no doubt), I suggest the author's second series, A Court of Thorns & Roses. You can thank me later.
