#21 | black tea with bubbles

I know bubble tea has been around for... a long time. But I avoided the bandwagon, mostly because HOW IN THE ACTUAL EFF DO YOU ORDER IT.

Seriously, there are infinite combinations & add-ins & flavors, not to mention I don't know anything about tea so I couldn't even figure out where to start. I sort of tried once last summer, but then abandoned it.

Until I visited my friend in Boston who happened to have a very serious bubble tea addiction. We went to Kung Fu Tea at least once per day, & I finally figured out my order. (Medium classic black tea with bubbles, little sugar, less ice.) Unsurprisingly, I also became addicted!

So imagine my delight when a Kung Fu Tea franchise opened up in Portland the week I got home from that trip. *insert purple devil emoji* 

I WILL NOT BE STOPPED! EVIL LAUGH!
